- To shorten the product customization cycle, we need you to provide the expected price range for the product purchase. Please rest assured that the price range you provide will not be used as our pricing basis. We will select appropriate solutions and match suitable suppliers based on this, and quote you based on the actual final costs.
- lease let us know if you accept the potentially higher prototype costs that may arise from parts molding, software development, and debugging. If we cannot find an off-the-shelf or close-to-requirement product for your motor needs, your motor may need to be completely or partially redesigned and developed, which will incur higher development costs. Please inform us if you can accept the higher costs associated with developing a new motor. You will need to pay these development costs when purchasing the prototype, and we will refund the prototype development costs based on the scale of your bulk purchase.
