Features of Our In-wheel Hub Motors
Our patented independent flat wire winding technology, L-shaped silicon steel sheet, and bonded silicon steel column techniques, along with the Halbach array electromagnetic design, enhance motor performance and improve heat dissipation.
Also, with an outer rotor direct-drive system, there’s no need for a reducer or any transmission components. Our hub motors for cars can provide exceptional wheel-end torque and top-notch motor efficiency for your vehicle.
We validate safety through 1200 continuous operation tests.
Optionally, you can choose our EV hub motor with a patented distributed arc motor design. This design enhances safety and reliability by allowing individual control of multiple motor units. Note that selecting this feature will increase the product price and delivery time.
Our EV hub motors are patented embedded main kingpin structure supports all-wheel independent steering. This unique structure design can allow crab-like and parallel movements for superior flexibility and agility in vehicle steering.
Compatible with all drive configurations, e.g. front-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive, and four-wheel drive. Our in hub electric motor can be catering to HEV, BEV, and FCEV applications.
