Features of Our In Hub Motor
Patented independent flat wire winding technology, patented L-shaped silicon steel sheet and adhesive silicon steel sheet column technology, and Halbach array electromagnetic design, making our electric wheel hub perform stronger and dissipate heat better.
External rotor direct drive, no reducer, no transmission components, providing the vehicle with extreme wheel-end torque and motor efficiency.
Safety has been verified through 1200 continuous operation tests.
The optional patented structural design of our distributed arc motor enhances safety and reliability, by allowing independent control of multiple motor units. Additionally, selecting this feature will result in an increase in both product price and delivery time.
Our electric wheel hubs feature a patented embedded kingpin structure that enables all-wheel independent steering. This innovative design allows for crab-shaped and parallel movements, enhancing the vehicle’s flexibility and agility. This significantly improves the driving experience and feel.
Our automotive hub motor works with all drive types: e.g. front-wheel, rear-wheel, and four-wheel drive. It is compatible with hybrid (HEV), battery electric (BEV), and fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEV).
